Waterloo Saboteurs destroy 2 of Cenaci's Power Plants

2 mysterious explosions at Cenaci's largest power plants have left billions without power and clean water. The Cenian government, CTR, New Aire, and many other corporation's facilities computers were shut down, leading to millions of Bewlegi in losses. Government analysts quickly linked the explosions with a group of Holy Wolves touring the plants on a "diplomatic mission".
