The Rubei is the Cenian Stock Market index. It is very much like the Dow Jones. To calculate the Rubei, analysts add up all of the stock prices for that day. To calculate the Rubei Average, you divide the Rubei by the number of stocks, currently 24.

CTR issues Class B&C shares
Today, CTR is issuing Class B&C shares. Class B shares get their money 2nd when the company goes bankrupt, and they have an dividend rate of 12% of the stocks price. Class C shares get their money 1st when the company goes bankrupt, and have a dividend rate of 15% of the stocks price. The price has not been specified.
