Ceni is a nation in the galaxy of Buhebo, about 1 mega parsec away from the milky way (that's 3.26 million light years.) Its total of planets is currently 600, although as we expand and discover new ones there will be more.
Ceni is knit together by the hyperroute, with a instrument called the hyperdrive letting the Cenians be able to travel faster than light.
Ceni is currently a Planetary Pact member. I'll speak more on that later.
Cenian territory was explored by a species called the Cenians, native to Ceni's capitol planet, Cenaci.
