The Senate:

The vote of this assembly makes laws go into effect
There are no senate committees, the only purpose of this body is to approve bills
Assembly of Sectors:
1 assemblyman/ 100 billion people, minimum of 1 to a sector and rounds up. (Ex: Madia's Cauldron sector has 10 billion people. The minimum /sector is 1, so this sector has 1. Ex: The Katinal sector has 2,249 billion people. It would have 220 from the 2200 and 1 from the 49 because it rounds up, for a total of 221.)
Is just a check and balance to have the bills go through this house.
